These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://detailerleadshq.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Detailer Leads HQ ("Detailer Leads HQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

Detailer Leads HQ provides marketing, software, and automation services for auto detailing businesses, which may include website build, AI chat and voice answering, missed-call text-back and lead recovery, online appointment booking, Google Business Profile optimization, reviews and reputation management, and related automation. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for paid engagements are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or engage our services.

3. Bookings and Communications

When you submit a form or book a call, you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, and text message regarding your inquiry and appointments, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; or copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without our permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, the Detailer Leads HQ name and marks, and software—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not use our branding or content without our prior written consent.

6. User Submissions

Anything you submit to us (for example, form responses, messages, or materials for a project) you represent you have the right to share. You grant us a license to use those submissions as needed to provide our services. Do not submit anything that infringes others' rights or violates the law.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee any specific results, including any particular number of leads, calls, bookings, reviews, rankings, revenue, or business outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, responsiveness, and the quality and capacity of your own services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms and tools (for example, CRM, scheduling, messaging, and Google services). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, terms, or actions of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailer Leads HQ and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Detailer Leads HQ from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
